Warranty Request Procedure

At TEREX Simplicity we are committed to providing a high standard of service and to treat you with courtesy and fairness at all times. Despite our commitment, we recognize that at times things can go wrong. If you are dissatisfied in any way with our performance we want to know about it. We aim to respond positively, courteously to any complaints, and by putting right our mistakes, improve our processes and service to you.
These are the promises we make to all customers who raise issues with us:
We will listen to you, and make every effort to understand the reasons for your complaint. We care about why you are dissatisfied.
We will endeavor to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
We will take ownership of your complaint to ensure resolution.

Making a Warranty Request

Information You Need to Provide

You should download and complete the Warranty Request form found here and submit it via one of the contact ways below.

What Happens Next?

You will receive an acknowledgement within 10 working days of receipt of your request. We will strive to give a disposition within 30 days. If this is not possible you will be given an explanation of the reasons for the delay and a time-scale by which you will receive a full reply. At all stages your complaint will be dealt with positively, courteously and confidentially.

In considering a request, we will:
Gather all the relevant information
Define the issue and facts of the case surrounding your request
Determine whether the request is valid
Inform you of the outcome and, if applicable, the remedial action to be taken
